Commercial Account Executive / Account Director

A national commercial insurance broker is continuing to expand across the North and is appointing multiple Account Executives and Account Directors as part of sustained growth.

This is a well-established business (50+ years) with national reach, strong financial performance, and a clear plan to scale further over the next five years. Backed by significant investment, the firm is acquisitive and continues to invest in people, regional leadership, and modern data-led capability.


The Role

  • Build and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across Yorkshire and Lancashire
  • Generate new business through existing relationships, introducers, and market activity
  • Retain and grow income through effective client management
  • Work with strong insurer relationships and established broking support
  • Use data, insight, and modern systems to support client and growth strategy


This is a role created through ongoing expansion, not replacement.
