Growth & Go-To-Market: Lead marketing, user acquisition, partnerships, and commercial strategy. Capital & Investment: Manage investor relations and oversee fundraising and capital planning. Talent & Culture: Create hiring plans and foster a high-performance culture. Full-Stack Leadership: Integrate efforts across product, technology, marketing, finance, hiring, and strategy.

Who You Are

European Base with Global Mobility – must be based in Europe and possess full flexibility to travel and relocate globally as business needs dictate. The Track Record – previously been a Founder / Co-Founder, or a core member of a founding team, or held a senior leadership position (COO, VP, Head of Operations, Strategy, Fundraising, or similar) in a high-growth startup.
