The role is responsible for managing our Paper & Cup Charity Coffee Shop, curating donated goods to maximise sales, day to day running of the shop, financial oversight, general administration and ensuring health and safety policies are followed. A key part of the role is creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and customers, using strong interpersonal skills to foster a sense of community and promote customer satisfaction. The postholder will also work closely with the Progressions Manager to support individuals in recovery from addiction.
