Key Responsibilities
Take full control of day-to-day operations
Recruit, train, and rebuild a high-performing team
Reset and maintain strong standards
Drive sales and performance towards set target
Manage labour, rotas, and general purchasing
Implement structure, systems, and accountability
Full autonomy over hiring, firing, and scheduling
What Were Looking For
5+ years in hospitality management
Background in speciality coffee or strong café environments
Proven experience in turnaround or rebuilding teams
Comfortable in a business that is still developing systems and structure
Strong, resilient leader who is not afraid to make tough decisions
Aligned with a business that combines commercial focus with social purpose
