Coffee House Manager – Heatherwood Hospital £33,000 per annum 40 hours per week We’re looking for an inspiring, proactive, and committed Coffee House Manager to lead the team at our busy hospital location. What you’ll be doing: To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production Leading the day-to-day operation to deliver smooth, efficient and consistent service. Managing stock, minimising waste, and ensuring high-quality beverage preparation. Motivating, coaching and supporting your team to perform at their best. Completing weekly paperwork and carrying out any administrative tasks required. Being the key decision-maker on shift and the main point of contact for all store matters. Proactively resolving challenges with confidence, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset.
