Location: Field-based - London Area (M25 Region) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
About the Role
We are partnering with a company specialising in premium refreshment solutions, including coffee, vending, and unattended retail services, for businesses in London and the Home Counties. Known for their commitment to innovation, technology, and customer service, they are seeking a skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team. In this role, you'll bring your technical expertise in coffee or vending machines to maintain and repair a range of equipment for clients in the M25 region. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused professional with coffee and vending machine background to join their team. The package includes £35k-£40k basic salary, a Monday to Friday schedule with NO on call rota, door to door travel, company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, inspect, and ensure proper operation of vending and coffee machines at client premises. Carry out preventative maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns. Respond to service calls and perform quick, effective repairs as needed. Diagnose operational issues involving electrical, mechanical, or software components. Order necessary parts for repairs, ensuring timely follow-ups to minimise disruption for clients.
