Coffee Machine Engineer – Central London (Walking Route)
Full-time · Permanent · £36,000–£42,000 + Benefits

☕ The Role
As a Coffee Machine Engineer, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes — the person who keeps the capital’s cafés, offices, and venues pouring perfect espresso day after day.
Your days will include:
* Carrying out services, repairs, and diagnostics across a variety of commercial coffee machines
* Tackling installations, site surveys, and technical upgrades
* Working from an easy‑to‑use ERP scheduling system
* Representing the brand with professionalism and confidence from the moment you step on site
* Maintaining clear communication with both customers and the support team
* Ensuring stock, tools, and paperwork are kept in top shape
* Spotting potential issues early to help prevent breakdowns before they happen
You’ll be trusted to work independently, take ownership of your route, and deliver an outstanding service experience at every stop.
What You Bring
* 1–2+ years’ hands-on experience repairing coffee machines (traditional + automatic)
* Ability to fault‑find, calibrate grinders, optimise extraction, and diagnose issues with precision
* Experience with multiple machine brands (highly desirable)
* Great communication skills and a naturally proactive mindset
* Strong problem‑solver with a professional, customer‑focused approach
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
* Solid Maths & English background
Most importantly: you love great coffee and care about doing the job properly.
