Coffee Machine Engineer
Central London (On Foot Patch)
£36,000 – £42,000 per year | Full-time | Permanent

We’re recruiting an experienced Coffee Machine Engineer to support a premium Central London client base. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role working on foot, maintaining and installing high‑quality coffee equipment across multiple sites and brands.
You’ll be trusted to manage your workload independently, represent the business professionally on site, and deliver first‑class service every time — from initial install through to planned maintenance and reactive repairs.

What you’ll be doing:
* Servicing, repairing, and maintaining traditional and fully automatic coffee machines
* Completing site surveys and installing equipment to a high standard
* Delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience on every visit
* Diagnosing faults methodically to improve first‑time fix rates
* Identifying potential future issues and feeding back to support preventative maintenance
* Managing paperwork and job updates accurately via an ERP system
* Maintaining stock accuracy and keeping tools in excellent condition
* Supporting technical rollouts and projects across Central London
What we’re looking for:
* At least 1–2 years’ experience servicing coffee machines
* Hands‑on knowledge of traditional and/or fully automatic equipment
* Experience working across multiple brands (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of coffee fundamentals: grind calibration, extraction, quality control
* A structured, logical approach to diagnostics
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your day
* Strong communication skills and a professional on‑site presence
* Maths and English to a good standard
