Expectations and Responsibilities Drive an unforgettable guest experience from the first pour to the final farewell, ensuring every drink adds to the magic of the evening Be the host behind the bar, welcoming guests with your own personable style while creating an engaging and energetic atmosphere Be the master of detail, from perfect garnishes to precision pours & understand that the little things make a huge impact Be the guide for the guest by taking them through the menu and confidently recommending signature cocktails, premium spirits, and show-inspired drinks to elevate their experience Be an ambassador for your bar, knowing the stories behind our cocktails, the nuances of our spirits, and the best pairings for our food and entertainment Own your craft, taking pride in your role as a bartender, acting with initiative, problem-solving on the fly, and contributing to the success of the business Bring your personality, be fun-loving, outgoing, and hardworking to engage guests and enhance the theatrical experience Be adaptable to the rhythm of the venue by adjusting your energy and service style to match the flow of Lafayette and guest vibe Have a passion for hospitality and understand how to make the bar exciting with flair, interaction, and presence Prioritise safety and responsibility by maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe at all times bar for both guests and team members This role requires regular weekend working on a rota basis.
