We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Coatings Site Manager to join our Industrial Coatings division. This role is critical in delivering high-quality coatings projects across the UK so candidates must be prepared to lodge away when required.
The chosen site manager will be tasked with ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with customer and industry specifications.
This is a UK-wide position and applicants can be based anywhere in the UK
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on industrial coatings sites, ensuring work is delivered to programme and specification.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams, providing clear direction and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
