You’ll be responsible for programming, setting and operating a variety of advanced CNC machining centres, contributing directly to the production of high-precision components that meet the strictest industry standards.\n\nExperience & Competencies Required for the CNC Turner\n\nWe’re looking for a candidate with:\n\n * Proven experience as a Programmer/Setter/Operator on Mazak and Doosan CNC machine centres, ideally within a fast-paced precision, prototype or motorsport engineering environment\n\n * Strong working knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls\n\n * Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, with the ability to perform accurate in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment\n\n * Experience machining a wide variety of metals and plastics\n\n * Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to provide concise feedback across teams\n\n * The ability to work efficiently to deadlines, manage priorities and maintain quality under pressure\n\n * Willingness and capability to mind multiple machines when required\n\n * A proactive mindset, able to work with autonomy and solve problems independently\n\nIf you’re a dedicated CNC Turner looking to join a forward-thinking engineering business with exceptional industry credentials, we want to hear from you.
