CNC Turner Aerospace Components

We are representing a client that manufactures a range of precision components supplied to the aviation and aerospace industries. They are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality machined parts.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls

Produce precision components to tight tolerances in accordance with engineering drawings

Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Assist with continuous improvement of machining processes where possible

Skills & Experience Required

Strong experience in CNC turning with Fanuc control systems

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Experience with twin spindle lathes with Y-axis capability and driven tooling (preferred)

Desirable Experience

Experience with machining centres such as Haas and Doosan

Experience operating sliding head lathes

CAD/CAM programming experience

Training & Development

Training can be provided in CAD/CAM and other areas where further development is identified. Our client encourages ongoing skills development and supports employees in expanding their technical capabilities. xbpsjku
