Position: CNC Setter / Operator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £32-38k
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 - 16:00

Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a specialist Manufacturer actively seeking a skilled and proven CNC Setter & Operator with 5-axis experience to join their expanding Leicester location.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing environment working on high-end luxury interior projects for globally recognised hospitality brands.

CNC Setter / Operator - Position Overview

• Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce bespoke joinery components

• Loading and unloading materials while ensuring machines operate efficiently

• Selecting appropriate tooling, feeds and speeds based on material specifications

• Inspecting finished components to ensure required quality standards and tolerances are achieved

• Carrying out routine machine checks and maintaining safe working practices

• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines and production targets

CNC Setter / Operator - Position Requirements

• Experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines

• Background within joinery, woodworking or interior manufacturing preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Good understanding of tooling, materials and machine setup
