About the Role As a CNC Turner at Pailton Engineering, you'll be part of a team that manufactures safety-critical steering components for leading OEMs across the automotive, defence and heavy-duty industries. Based at our Coventry HQ, you'll work on a two-shift rotating pattern (mornings and afternoons) and be responsible for the setting, operating, and maintaining of CNC lathes (Haas, Puma, Biglia, Dainichi). You'll produce precision parts from route cards and technical drawings, working to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. There's a strong focus on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and quality throughout the shop floor.
