Key Responsibilities CNC Turner / Mazak Programmer Set and operateMazak CNC lathes (Quick Turn & Nexus series) Program and edit usingMazatrol controls Interpret detailedengineering drawings and GD&T specifications Conductfirst-off inspectionsand maintain strict quality standards Optimise tooling, cutting parameters, and machining efficiency Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Maintain high standards ofhealth & safety and 5S workplace organisation Essential Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as aCNC Turner in aerospace or precision engineering Strong Mazatrol programming andmulti-axis machiningcapability Knowledge ofAS9100D and ISO 9001 quality standards Confident using precision measuring equipment: Micrometres Vernier callipers CMM equipment
