Rate: £18 to 20 per hour
Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
* Friday: 07:00 – 12:00
* Occasional weekend work required

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner Operator with strong hands-on experience.
Your new company:
* Based in Rugby , you will be joining an internationally renowned manufacturing business specialising in the design and production of a range of components and parts for several industries including automotive, mining, marine and more!
* Due to increased business and continuous growth, they are now recruiting for a CNC Seter/operator - Turner CNC Seter/operator - Turner - to join their machine shop team.
* The CNC Turner will work on several products, setting up and operating a range of CNC and manual machinery
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Set up CNC turning machines according to engineering drawings and setup sheets.
- Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
- Operate CNC machines (Fanuc controls) to produce components to tight tolerances.
- Monitor production runs, adjusting machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring equipment (e.g., micrometres, callipers, gauges).
