CNC Turner / Programmer

My client in the Brighouse area require an experienced CNC Programmer.
Duties of the Role:
Set up CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and installing tooling and fixtures. Select appropriate cutting tools and make tool changes, as necessary. Conduct tool offsets and work offsets to ensure accurate machining.
You will be programming and setting our Doosan Puma Mill/Turn lathes. Willing to operate other machines where required. We manufacture our own product.
CNC Operation: Program/Set & Operate CNC machines to produce parts with precision and accuracy. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition.
Quality Assurance: Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct in-process checks and measurements to verify accuracy and quality. Identify and address any issues that may affect the quality of the product.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules.
Qualifications:
Evidence of successful completion of training in programming. Proficiency in CNC programming.
Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field is preferred.
