Cnc Turner Programmer Setter Operator

We are recruiting two CNC Turning Setter Operators to join a leading supplier of complex machined components and assemblies to global aerospace OEM and Tier 1 customers.
Key Requirements
* Competent in online programming at the machine
* Experience with CNC turning centres using Fanuc controls
* Ability to fully set machines from scratch: tooling, workholding, datums, offsets, and soft jaws
* Strong understanding of G-code, speeds, feeds, and machining optimisation
* Experience with Miyano ABX / Citizen Miyano machines or similar is highly desirable
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
* Carry out in-process inspection, troubleshooting, and basic machine maintenance
* Experience monitoring OEE data (e.g. FourJaw) advantageous
Shifts – Double Days
* Morning: 6:00am–2:00pm (Mon–Thu), 6:00am–11:00am (Fri)
* Afternoon: 2:00pm–10:00pm (Mon–Thu), 11:00am–4:00pm (Fri)
Pay
* £16.00 per hour + 25% shift allowance
* Rising to £17.00 per hour + 25% shift allowance for confident online programmers...
