We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Laser Team leader to join our clients team based in Cheshire, near to Kidsgrove! Our client is a large fabrication company that prides itself in being able to offer stable, long term employment in the area. Having been successful year upon year they are now looking to expand their management team. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, therefore meaning, you'll be employed directly by the client on a permanent contract. The role is for a January 2026 start, NEW YEAR, NEW JOB! What you'll be doing: You'll be required to assist with management of a CNC Laser department. The role will see the successful applicant motivate, support and lead a team in a busy, face paced, fabrication environment. You'll be required to ensure that production stays on track with your shift, ensuring the team hit required production targets. You'll be required to solve any problems that occur and have a real focus on quality and efficiency. Hours: We are hiring for x2 team leaders for x2 separate shifts. Role one is for the early shift, 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs Monday to Thursday and Friday 06:00hrs - 12:00hrs.
