We are seeking an experienced Citizen Sliding Head Machinist to join their skilled machining team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience setting, operating, and ideally programming Citizen sliding head lathes, producing precision components to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities ⦁ Set, operate, and optimise Citizen sliding head CNC lathes ⦁ Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings to exact specifications ⦁ Adjust tooling, offsets, and programs to maintain consistent quality ⦁ Perform first-off inspections and verify dimensional accuracy ⦁ Conduct in-process checks and maintain strict machining tolerances ⦁ Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions ⦁ Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets and standards ⦁ Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
