Key Responsibilities of a CNC Setter Operator Programmer: Set, operate, and program CNC milling and turning machines with Haas controls . Machine complex parts from drawings to exacting tolerances. Operate manual lathes for custom and low-volume parts. Inspect components to ensure conformance to engineering standards. Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience of a CNC Setter Operator Programmer: Demonstrable experience in CNC machining – milling, turning, and manual work .
