Job Overview ; The CNC Setter / Operator (Milling) is a key component of the Manufacturing Team. Interpreting customer drawings, selecting tooling and also providing basic on-machine programming for Aerospace Components.
Responsibilities & Duties ; The CNC Setter Operator as required by the needs of the business will - Operate CNC Machinery (CNC Mills) producing Aerospace Quality Machined Components Select the required tooling to perform machining operations Edit and adjust machining programs Ensure compliance with all internal processes Ensure compliance with all Safety Polices of the Business and contribute to a safe working environment
Qualifications & Experience Essential ? At least 4 years direct experience working with Doosan & Matsuura CNC Machinery ? Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings ? Confident Communicator Desirable
Desirable ? Experience of working in an Aerospace AS9100 approved facility
