CNC PROGRAMMER/ SETTER We are currently looking for an experienced individual, in programming, setting and operating 3 & 5 axis machining centres, someone who has a strong working knowledge of VISI CAD/CAM & experience with Mazatrol, Siemens or Heidenhain controls is a must, As a contract machine shop, the work is varied and diverse, it may include bespoke 1off work.

Requirements The successful applicant must have experience producing small batch work & one offs from engineering drawings, you must have a sound knowledge of tooling along with feeds and speeds and be able to work to tight tolerances and inspect your own work.

Responsibilities To Program, Set and Operate CNC machines.
Ensuring lead times and delivery dates are met.
To ensure quality requirements are maintained are carried out as required.
To carry out Preventive Maintenance on machines.
Ensuring work area kept clean and tidy at all times by keeping machine and all associated tools in a clean and tidy manner .
Hours 8. Monday to Thursday 8.00-15.30 Friday (Flexible start and finish times available after qualifying period) Paying Up to £22per Hour - Depending on experience. xehkeey
Regular overtime is available - 1.5 hourly rate.
