A long‑established and award‑winning engineering, fabrication, and machining organisation with over 40 years of industry experience is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer - Turner to join its purpose‑built machining facility in Blackburn.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated CNC Turner who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls, including machines equipped with B‑axis, Y‑axis, and sub‑spindles. Work within a medium‑ to high‑batch machining cell. Apply strong tooling knowledge to ensure cutting strategies are optimised for high‑volume production. Produce high‑tolerance components, ideally suited to candidates with experience in automotive or similar precision‑driven sectors. Interpret detailed engineering drawings to manufacture accurate and conforming parts. Work with a variety of materials, including exotic grade alloys.
