The Job * Take ownership of the CNC router to meet daily production. * Operate CAD-CAM (Vectric / Aspire) software and take responsibility for nesting different components to maximise outputs efficiently and effectively * Familiarity operating and programming 5 axis CNC machines. * Review drawings, technical data and product development requirements; to ensure effective machining, production engineering standards and component quality. * Ensure the workshop and machinery is maintained to a safe standard in accordance with company EH&S policies/procedures. * Read and understand basic engineering drawings and 1st and 3rd Angle projection * Capable of reading and understanding Standard Measuring Equipment SME. About you * Have experience in programming and operating router using (Vectric / Aspire). * Knowledge of programming and teaching 5 axis routers (Thermwood if possible) * Capable of reading and understanding Standard Measuring Equipment SME. * Familiar with material traceability and equipment calibration requirements. * Competent and proficient in the use of all workshop machi...
