Press Brake Operator (AMADA) Hapton Monday night Friday morning 5pm-3.30am Press Brake Operator (AMADA) The Role My client is looking an experienced Press Brake Operator, who ideally have experience in setting and operating AMADA HFT & HFE Press Brakes.

Press Brake Operator (AMADA) Main Responsibilities Setting and operating Amada HFT and HFE Press Brakes.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Determine the correct set-up and operation of the machines to ensure accurate and precise bending and forming of metal components using various materials.

Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Select appropriate tools, dies, and fixtures to produce the work.

Material Handling including loading and unloading sheet materials into the machine.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to ensure its optimal performance.

Identifying and reporting any defects to deviations from specifications.

Press Brake Operator (AMADA) The Candidate Previous experience in operating AMADA Press Brakes.

Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Ability to accurately measure and evaluate dimensions of metal components.

Prepared to work a reasonable amount of overtime.
