Location: Hixon, Staffordshire Rate: £17.50 per hour + overtime (1.5x after 39.5 hours) Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:00–13:00

About the Role

Teleios Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Prep & CNC Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing bespoke prototype products.

You will play a key role in preparing materials and operating CNC machinery to support the fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

* Setting up and operating CNC laser and press brake machinery

* Machine setup, nesting, and adjustments

* Preparing and organising materials for fabrication

* Working to precise measurements and tolerances

* Supporting efficient production flow

Candidate Requirements

* Experience operating CNC machinery (laser and press brake preferred)

* Strong understanding of technical drawings

* Experience working with mild steel and aluminium

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Mechanical/engineering background preferred

* FLT licence advantageous but not essential
