Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator (Aerospace Precision Engineering)
Location: Poole, UK
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £16.80 – £17.80 per hour (CNC Mill/Turn Level 2)

We are currently seeking a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set and operate CNC mill/turn lathe machines using FANUC control systems

* Manufacture precision-turned components to customer drawings and specifications

* Inspect your own work in line with engineering drawings and SPC requirements

* Maintain high standards of engineering quality and accuracy

* Ensure your work area is kept to a high standard in accordance with 5C/5S principles

Skills & Experience Required:

* Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering

* Fully skilled CNC machinist with strong engineering capability

* Confident setting and operating CNC mill/turn machines

* Experience with FANUC controls essential

* Aerospace industry experience required

* Experience with Nakamura machines and bar feed systems is advantageous but not essential
