Key Responsibilities * Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 axis and/or 5 axis) * Prepare machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets and probes * Load and edit CNC programs using CAM software or G-code * Perform first-off inspection and in-process checks * Machine precision components to tight tolerances * Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements * Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies * Monitor tool wear and maintain dimensional accuracy * Troubleshoot machining or programming issues * Support continuous improvement and cycle time optimisation * Maintain accurate production and inspection records * Follow quality standards including ISO9001 / AS9100 environments Candidate Requirements * 3+ years expe...
