CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

Location: Kent Pay: £17.00 – £20.00 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime available at time and a 1/3

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Programmer/Setter/Operator) to join a precision engineering company in Kent. This is a hands‑on role working on 3‑axis milling machines, producing high‑accuracy components for a range of industries.

You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, interpreting detailed engineering drawings, and ensuring all work meets tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming, setting and operating 3‑axis CNC milling machines

* Working with Heidenhain controls (preferred)

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Machining precision components to tight tolerances

* Using a wide range of measuring equipment

* Selecting appropriate cutting tools

* Working safely and in line with company procedures
