Job Description: Were looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our growing Maintenance team in Northampton. Youll be responsible for maintaining and optimising our CNC machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring the facility runs efficiently and safely. We have 2 available positions for this role, with the following shift patterns: Day Shift
3 Shift Rotation - rotating earlies, lates and nights on a weekly basis (23.5% shift allowance).
The Role: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment.
Conduct systematic fault-finding and troubleshoot machinery.
Implement and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance (TPM programs).
Conduct risk assessments and develop Health & Safety procedures, including standard methods of work.
Identify and maintain critical spare parts requirements.
Ensure all activities consider environmental, energy, and safety impacts.
Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
Support the Companys compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 by following company policy and best ...
