CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

✅ Must Haves:
✔️ Ability to programme CNC milling machines (essential) ✔️ Experience setting and operating CNC mills ✔️ Knowledge of Fanuc controls (i0 preferred) ✔️ Ability to read and work from engineering drawings ✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
⏰ Hours:
⏰ 39 hours per week – Day Shift
Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00 Friday: 06:00 – 11:00
Flexibility available (07:00–16:00 shift can be agreed)
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, all-round CNC role where you’ll take ownership of your work — from programming through to final production.
You’ll be working within a tight-knit team producing small batch, precision components, where quality matters and your skills don’t go unnoticed.

Key Responsibilities
Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines Producing small batch components to tight tolerances Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Carrying out quality checks (dimensional & visual inspection) Working collaboratively across the workshop when required Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
