About the CNC Machinist
We are recruiting several skilled CNC professionals to join a high-precision engineering environment producing complex, low-volume, high-variety components. These positions sit within a modern, lean-driven machine shop operating multi-axis CNC machinery and industry-leading controls.
These roles are ideal for experienced CNC Machinists who enjoy technical work, multi-axis machining, and delivering exceptional quality.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities
Setting & operating CNC machines to required standards
Machining components in varying batch sizes
Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets tolerance requirements
Editing programs within capability
Multi-machine manning to maximise machine spindle time
Interpreting engineering drawings, CNC programs, and customer specifications
Using measuring tools such as CMM, verniers & micrometers
Who Were Looking For
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong CNC machining experience (5-axis, milling or turning)
Can work accurately on high-precision components
Are confident inspecting your own work
