Our client is an established engineering company and due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of CNC Programmer to programme, set & operate 3 & 5 axis milling machinery at our client's busy factory near Heanor. Pay £38K - £48K Negotiable (depending on shift & experience) + OT + Benefits Benefits: Excellent basic salary £38K - £50K + Overtime 33 days annual leave Sick pay Pension The Role: Reporting to the Team Leader the CNC Programmer will be responsible for the programming, setting and operating CNC machines (Mazak, Toyoda, DMG amongst others).
Machining a wide range of large one off fabricated parts / components from various metals including stainless steels, titanium, aluminium, nickel alloys and carbon steels. Candidate: You will be an experienced CNC Programmer with at least 3 years experience in programming, setting or operating CNC machinery.
You will be familiar with one or more of the following controls systems; Mazatrol, Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc We will consider candidates with experience in programming setting, milling machines and /or lathes.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday days 39 hours + OT (Lunch time finish Friday) Various shifts available including days, nights and rotating shifts
