We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience working with plastic materials to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a background in precision machining.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to produce plastic components

*

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders

*

Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed

*

Inspect finished parts for quality and tolerance using measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

*

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

*

Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and solve issues

✅ Requirements

*

Previous CNC machining experience, specifically with plastic components (e.g. acrylic, nylon, PVC, PEEK, etc.)

*

Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and cutting tools for plastics

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Experience with measuring tools and quality control checks

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team
