Chester Hall Precision Engineering Limited is now currently recruiting for a fully skilled CNC Machine Setter to join their expanding team based in Wickford, Essex. Using multi-axis, high-speed CNC machine tools, the successful candidates will be responsible for the machining of a full range of aerospace components. The fully skilled CNC Machine Setter will be required to set 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machine centres producing machined precision aerospace components. As our CNC Machine Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for: Setting CNC milling machines Setting on the machine tools Changing tools and holders Machine adjustments Simple program changes Problem solving on all machines In order to be successful in this role you must have: Knowledge and experience of setting 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC machines Computer literate - Office based software Knowledge of engineering drawings Good understanding of engineering terminology Able to use various measuring equipmen...
