The Role I Need Staff Today Limited are recruiting for an experienced CNC Laser Cutter Setter Operator to join our clients team on a full-time night shift .
This is an immediate start role, ideal for candidates with previous CNC laser cutting experience looking for consistent night work and a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines

Reading and working from technical drawings

Monitoring machine performance and product quality

Making offsets and adjustments where required

Ensuring all work is completed to required specifications

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a CNC Laser Cutter Setter Operator

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently on nights

Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment

Whats on Offer Competitive night shift rate of £17.10 per hour
