CNC Grinder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Grinder Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts and components
  • Set up and program CNC grinding machines for various grinding operations
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Perform in-process inspection activities to ensure parts meet defined acceptance standards
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
QualificationsRequired:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Grinder Operator
  • Proficiency in CNC grinder operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience with in-process inspection and quality control procedures
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred
