Job Description: CMMS Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedCMMS Specialistwith hands-on experience inSAP ECC6 and S/4 HANAto support our maintenance and asset management operations. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) landscape.

Tasks and Responsibilities as CMMS Specialist:

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to ensure maintenance strategies align with production targets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Lead the configuration, optimisation, and support of SAP-based CMMS platforms to manage complex asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, and work order processes.
• Lead or support CMMS-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Support the integration of CMMS with condition monitoring systems, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) frameworks, and performance analytics tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, optimizing spare parts inventory, and enhancing asset reliability.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring consistent use of CMMS tools and adherence to maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP ECC6 and/ or S/4 HANA
• Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, asset hierarchies, and master data management (ISO 14224).
• Experience in data migration, system configuration, and user support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Industrial Environments.
• Knowledge of SAP EAM.
• Familiarity with mobile CMMS solutions or IoT integrations.
• Project management or change management experience.
