Job Title: CMMS Coordinator

Job Overview:
Wolviston Group is supporting our client, a leader in chemical and oil sectors, in their search for a CMMS Coordinator to join their engineering department. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of maintenance systems, helping reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Generate, track, and close work orders
Support predictive and preventative maintenance planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise maintenance needs
Provide technical support and user training
Liaise with IT and contractors on CMMS upgrades and performance
Maintain KPI reporting for asset performance Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance coordination or systems management
CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Agility, PEMAC)
Background in COMAH sites or high-hazard industries
