CMMS Coordinator Our client, based in Grays, is requiring a CMMS Coordinator who will beresponsible for managing and optimising the company's computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
The CMMS Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Accountabilities Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CMMS. Ensure accurate data entry and management of maintenance records, work orders, and asset register within the CMMS. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor maintenance performance and asset reliability. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to identify and prioritise maintenance needs. Provide training and support to staff on use of the CMMS. Manage upgrades to the CMMS and assist in development of interfaces for contractors to utilise the CMMS Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate maintenance performance and performance of systems and equipment Liaise with IT to ensure appropriate vendor support in place for the CMMS, through documented contractual specification of Navigators needs...
