We are looking for a Cluster Psychologist to drive psychological excellence across three distinct sites: HMP Lancaster Farms (Cat C), HMP Preston (Cat B), and HMP Kirkham (Cat D). The Role: Clinical Strategy & Oversight As a Cluster Psychologist, you will be the psychological lead for the region, responsible for: Strategic Leadership: Advising Heads of Healthcare on service objectives and implementing trauma-informed policy changes.
