Cluster People & Culture Team Lead (Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Team Professional to join 4C Group in a dynamic and fast paced cluster role! Reporting to the General Managers within each property, you will play a key part in overseeing and managing the HR function across the designated business units. This role is a Fixed Term Maternity Cover for a duration of 10 months. ABOUT THE ROLE What you'll be doing... This leadership role involves aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and driving employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and organisational development. The People & Culture Team Lead ensures that HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations while fostering a positive organisational culture. Advise and support leadership teams on people-related matters, providing insights on workforce trends, talent management, and organisational structure. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure effective hiring and legal compliance Identify training needs within both properties and organise suitable and effective development programs Ensure training targets are met for both properties through effective communication and reporting Drive and co-ordinate initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Handle complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and compliance with labor laws. Have a strong knowledge of company benefits packages and communicate any changes to the wider teams accordingly Oversee monthly payroll processes with the relevant teams to ensure accurate compensation Oversee the implementation and execution of HR policies and programs across the cluster. Ensure compliance with latest employment laws and regulations. Supervise and support the People & Culture teams in daily operations Responsible for managing the team of HR professionals within each unit, providing mentorship, coaching and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements... To succeed in the role of Cluster People & Culture Team Lead you will need the following qualities and skills. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent HR qualification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in talent management, employee relations, and organsational development. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR technology systems. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with senior executives. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
