The Cluster Maintenance Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Maintenance department, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team within two adjacent properties: Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh and NYX Hotel Edinburgh (opening soon). All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

If you're our ideal Cluster Maintenance Manager across two adjacent properties Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh and NYX Hotel Edinburgh (opening soon) you will:

* Have previous experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality industry * Be hands-on and prepared to get out and about in the hotel, working on fixes and improvements alongside your team * Have exceptional knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems that you can share with your team * Understand the finances of the hotel and have basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting * Be up for a challenge because no two days are the same working in Maintenance!
