The position involves demonstrated project leadership, team management and ability to establish multiple client relationships. Due to continued growth, our clients team is expanding. Drive business growth through effective management of high-quality client engagements and building multiple client relationships. The Cluster Lead is responsible for assigning project roles and responsibilities to project team members and ensuring excellence in our client deliverables. Identify additional growth opportunities & develops insightful proposals that address client questions and challenges.

Requirements :

A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant role, either in consulting or industry. Experience in the primary global markets, US, EU4 and UK is preferred. The position involves demonstrated project leadership, team management and ability to establish multiple client relationships. Flexibility in working across several time zones is important.
