As a Cluster HR Executive you will report to the HR manager of all your allocated hotels. Champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance. Assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Served as a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, providing strategic HR insights. What You'll Need: 1-year experience in Human resources. Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection. Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
