Dorsett Hospitality International has an exciting opportunity for Cluster Director of Revenue to join our Commercial team.The Cluster Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for the Revenue and Reservations departments for the London cluster of hotels of Dorsett Hospitality International, and will lead efforts to optimize inventory management and overall revenue strategies across the sub-set of hotels. This position is a leadership role and reports directly into the Area Commercial Director UK. Our operating hotels in the UK: Dorsett Shepherds Bush, Dorsett Canary Wharf, and two aparthotels, Dao by Dorsett West London and Dao by Dorsett North London Suitable candidates will demonstrate a successful ability to apply analytical and strategic planning competencies to balance inventory, pricing and demand to maximize rooms revenue opportunities, whilst contributing to total hotel revenue optimization. You will have great communication skills with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities. It is essential that the candidate can build solid relationships with both internal associates and partners, is results driven, and has strong organizational skills and business acumen. The chosen candidate will implement successful revenue strategies that maximise all hotel revenue streams to achieve or exceed the monthly and annual hotel targets pertaining to RevPAR, RGI and GOP. Position has overall responsibility for managing rooms and space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits. Ensures all rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel(s) inventory systems. Develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit. Position is accountable for preparing forecasts, budgets and projections. Experience & Qualifications 5 years+ of hotel Director of Revenue Management experience. A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset. University Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economic Studies or related discipline. Must be EU Citizen or in possession of UK work visa Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel. Knowledgeable of hotel technology: Opera Cloud PMS, SynXis, Duetto, GDS, Ideas, SiteMinder is a plus!
