Club Manager - Soul Padel Braehead, Glasgow New Opening

to £35K basic OTE £43,750

Soul Padel is not just a club; it’s a community. As we expand our movement to make padel more accessible, social, and inclusive, we’re on the lookout for a Club Manager to launch our new club in Braehead that is due to open later this year. You’ll be part of a fast-growing brand redefining how people connect through sport. With support from an experienced leadership team and a vibrant community of players, this is a chance to help shape the future of padel in the UK from the ground up.

As club manager you will lead with heart, operate with precision, and build a club culture people want to return to again and again. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all players and visitors.
• Manage rotas, booking systems, court availability, and customer communications.
• Champion our Soul Mates loyalty program and build local relationships that promote retention and referrals.
• Have full commercial accountability for the club’s profit and loss performance.
• Monitor and drive cost control measures and efficiency improvements across all club operations.
• Lead and inspire the on-site team of coaches and casual staff ensuring excellent service standards.
• Deliver a diverse programme of social, competitive, corporate, and community-driven sessions and events.
• Collaborate with the central team on brand campaigns, community, and engagement strategies.
• Lead on risk assessments and ensure the club operates in line with all relevant health and safety standards.
• Will work a combination of shifts during the week and 1 in 2 weekends.

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have a strong passion for padel and a deep understanding of how it is played. You will need to have a minimum player rating of 2.5 or above on Playtomic to be considered.
• Previous operational managerial experience in a leisure, retail, or hospitality business.
• A natural people-person with strong communication and team-building skills.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.

In addition to a basic salary of £35K there is an annual performance bonus of up to 25% of the basic that is paid out on a quarterly basis taking the OTE to £43,750. Holiday entitlement is 28 days holiday per annum.
