About the Role As Registered Manager, you’ll: • Lead and support a dedicated team • Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with CQC standards • Develop and implement systems that promote high-quality, person-centred care • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment
Requirements: • Valid NMC PIN and CQC registration • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) • Strong leadership skills and a passion for inclusive care
