Job description
Who are we?
Collective Psychology is an award-winning clinic based in Kent, Surrey and online. We have enjoyed a period of growth whereby, alongside our established clinic in Sevenoaks, we have now expanded into a second location in Cobham. In addition to general mental health support, our multi-disciplinary team offers a variety of interventions from family therapy, to a perinatal specialism, paediatric psychology and an under 5’s pathway. We work closely with local schools to provide joined up care for young people and free and low-cost workshops to support the local community. As a result, we are seeking to recruit Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join our busy and close-knit team, and can offer varied and rewarding work in a number of contexts - with an opportunity to help us shape and deliver our much needed and valued services.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologists, Family Therapists and Psychotherapists to join our team at Collective Psychology. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessment and treatment. We receive referrals from a diverse population of clients of all ages, however, your caseload will reflect your preferences, specialisms and competencies. This role is located in central Cobham, with flexibility for some remote work.
Collective Psychology is an agile organisation able to offer full or part time employed roles, as well as opportunities for associate options on a self-employed basis within private practice, with flexible hours including, daytime, evening and Saturday work.
So, what can we offer you in return?
We're an organisation which puts people first. Our values are central to our overall strategy and we work hard to ensure all team members feel respected, supported and nurtured. We'll help you learn, acquire new skills and gain further experience to support your career development. We do this by offering funded annual CPD, monthly peer supervision, reflective practice groups, supervision with the Clinical Director, your own PA and beautiful therapy rooms from which to work. Collective Psychology is an innovative provider of mental health support, always seeking to identify ways to ensure we support people as quickly as possible in order for them to live the type of life they want for themselves. As such, we will provide the opportunity for you to bring your fresh ideas to work about how we can do things differently and continue improving our offerings.
